» Sales Administrator - Document Managed Services

» Our client based in North Dublin require a full time Sales Administrator
» Duties to include
 

·            Respond to customer inquiries via phone, web and e-mail, assisting potential customers during the sales process, creating new    customer accounts and closing sales.

·         Outbound Sales Calls, including cold calls.

·         Appointment setting for the Sales Team.

·         Completion and processing of account set up, contract and other customer related documentation.

·         Manage and log customer mailshot activity.

·         Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers

·         Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM tool and general sales admin.

·         Schedule Customer Collections & Deliveries.

·         Work closely with the Document Management Team to ensure that client requirements are being met.

Skills / Experience

 

Ø  Will have at least 2 years exp in Sales Administration or Account Management.

Ø  Passion for Customer Service

Ø  Demonstrated sales success is a plus but motivation, intelligence and a willingness to learn are essential

Ø  Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Ø  Fluent English Speaker,

Ø  Strong interpersonal skills

Ø  Effective persuasion skills

Ø  Excellent Office computer skills.
