Our experienced payroll team will take full control of the payroll function for all temporary staff supplied to your company. This includes all aspects of preparation, calculation and processing of staff wages and all pay related queries. All payslips are delivered to our staff on a weekly basis. We understand how important it is for employees to be paid so our team pride themselves on delivering an excellent standard of payroll and invoicing. All members of our payroll team have many years experience dealing with large volume temporary payrolls.
We also offer a payroll bureau facility for our clients full time staff.
» On site recruitment
At Olympian Recruitment we also offer On Site Recruitment to companies with high volume turnover. An experienced account manager will be based on site at your company to manage all of your staffing requirements while also providing in depth management information and reports. This will help ensure that all your needs are catered for.
» Candidates
It is our aim at Olympian Recruitment to source the most skilled and experienced staff for our clients. We do this by advertising through both internet and media, office open days, high levels of referrals from both our candidates and clients, walk ins.
Prior to staff being placed on site they must complete our application form and aptitude test. They are then interviewed in depth by a consultant. On completion of the interview reference checks are then carried out.
